Q: What is the difference between a NAPA Owned store and an Independent Owned store?
A: NAPA is proud to have over 5,800 NAPA stores nationwide. Approximately 1,000 of the stores are Company Owned stores and the people who work in these stores are employees of Genuine Parts Company. The remaining 5,000 stores are independently owned and operated, either individually or as part of a multi-store ownership. The people working at independently owned stores are employees of the store owner.
